What is your return policy?
Since our products are individually and custom-made, returns are generally not possible.
Should a problem arise with your order – for example, due to transport damage or production errors – please contact us immediately.
We examine each case carefully and find a solution together.
For standard products (if available), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Are there any products that cannot be exchanged?
Yes – individually manufactured products, such as tailor-made furniture or custom-made items, are excluded from exchange and cancellation.
Since these are made specifically to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, should a defect, transport damage or any other problem occur, we will of course be at your side and find a solution together
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on whether it is a standard product or a custom-made product:
- Depending on the complexity and material availability, delivery time is typically 6 to 10 weeks . We will inform you of the expected delivery time after we receive your order.
- Ready to ship in 3 to 5 working days .
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are created in close cooperation with selected manufacturers in Turkey , where traditional craftsmanship meets the highest quality materials.
Depending on the project requirements, we also carry out individual production steps in Germany to ensure precision and regional proximity.
We combine international craftsmanship with German quality standards – for products that are as unique as the rooms in which they are located.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order:
- We ship within Germany for a flat shipping price (shown in the checkout).
- We deliver via freight forwarding company – we will inform you of the exact shipping costs individually as part of your offer.
For international deliveries, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping-cost-optimized quote upon request.
